Some more recent photos - I am weighing right at 250 in these, feeling flat but if this is me flat-I'm ok with it. Down from 272 so 22lbs down in 5+ weeks.

235-240...keepin my fingers crossed, I tend to lose a dramatic amount 2 weeks out, my buddy plannin my diet is real good, and I think this year we figured out what the problem has been...me!...LOL! I've always done my diet in the past, so this year I got my freind to give me a hand w/ it.
I'll post some more pics in a few weeks, it helps to get you guys take and perspective as well. Thanks.

Yeah its well worth it to have and experienced knowledgeable person planing your diet, it takes some of the stress off of you and gives you one less thing to worry about. So you can fully concentrate on training, cardio, tanning, and posing.

I have a great nutritionist working with me and its been a blessing
