BICEPS(FLEXED): 17in

THIGHS: 27 1/2in

CALVES: 16 1/2in

BELLY:: 38 1/2in

HIPS: 41 1/2in

FOREARMS: 14in

BODY FAT%: APROX. 20-25% I think


Do you guys think I'm pretty big??? I wanna get bigger...sometimes I just feel that my body is just so small....

Yes, there may be some decent mass under your frame, but at a decent BF% you'd probably be around 170-175. Do a wicked cut so you can see where you are at underneath and go from there.

yeah, this is not big. you give all that fat, you gonna be really small. you have an 17 inch arm which is fat dude. sorry, but you gotta do some cardio. get that fat off yourself.

The **** I hate the most is when I'm in the gym and a guy at 24% body fat is like... I am sooooo much bigger than you. Look at my 18 inch arms!! And I'm sitting at 15 inches at 180 pounds and 10% bf. I wanna choke this mother ****er that says that **** to me in the gym.

Naw I don't go around acting like I'm huge...17" arms..I kno mine is fat....I don't let that get to my head and I dont even feel big....you guys been honest that's what I like about this site...it's hardcore honesty no BS...I know I'll lose some size on my body on my cut....I'll update this thread in a month or so ... We'll see what happens with hard work, all out effort, time and patience....
