hi guys.
i' m 16.
these are some poses, in the back pic i am not posing. it is my regular standing.

i am going to diet all year in 2007. to get my bf below %8-9.
right now i am just eating and workin' out.

Good start especially at 16. Don't fall for the hype on magic supps etc and just eat big and eat healthy.

i am not gettin' any supplements, even protein. (but of course i eat)
but i think i am going to start animal max, and i think of fat burners like lipo 6 or hotrox.

right now i am eating junk, and bc it is hot i cannot train so much. also i have summer school i am going to, and @ weekends i am at summer house..

so i can go to gym for just 2 days right now. but i don' t want to get too big, i want my chest and arm to go up a little more. and i will work abs, but i have lot of bodyfat, so i think of dieting for a year to get my bf real low.

You don't need to take any fat burners man. Don't mess with your body's natural chemistry until it has feinished maturing.

is there a 24 hr gym where you live? if so you should join there best thing i ever did, also instead of dieting for a year you should just cut down junk food and do cardio a few times a week

nope, there is not a gym like that in here. there are a few, but they have a long road from me, and as i said i got school to attend to.

but next year , i will work 4 days a week, 2 days cardio included. and no junk food.

The only thing i would consider u taking if u must take something, is protein shakes. Its simply very efficient when it comes down to getting ur protein for the day. Ur only 16, dont go for fat burners, do some cardio instead and work out ur legs, it will give u a good overall fat burn. I wouldnt recommend u take anything other than protein shakes untill ur atleast 18, and even there. You know working out can stop ur growth (in height) at ur age, so keep it smart. Your doing great bud, keep it up.

Great mass for a sixteen year old. Just clean up the diet and do a little cardio. No need to diet all year.

thanks for the advices. yeah i am heavy. i weigh 86 kg. and i think that is nearly 180-190 lbs.

i want to lose my fat, and after that get back to this weight with muscle. i hope i will do that. ok , i was really going to take some fat burners, but i am not going to do now.
