Those early years you can make a lot of quality gains, just keep up your good work, and take advantage of that youthful recovery...LoL! You'll miss it when your 30.  |
Wow, thanks for the comments man. That's basically where I want to go...I know I'm pretty lean right now, but I just wanted to prove to myself for the first time that I could cut down to a pretty low bodyfat while still having some moderate muscle size. But I definitely want to thicken out.
15 years? You definitely have dedication. I've only been lifting seriously since about last November. By seriously I mean consistently and properly. Before that it was off and on all the time. But I've really been trying to take advantage of these boards and any other reliable source I can to make sure I'm not wasting my time in the gym. I think I've definitely made some gains in that regard.
But anyway, again, you look awesome man. Good luck with the rest of your cutting!
