I haven't really been on the site in a while...been busy taking care of school stuff and work and all that.
Here's a little update of where I'm at:
158.6lbs (AM weight as of 7-16-06)
5'9.5''
20 yrs old
3.2% bodyfat (measured by personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness in Hermosa Beach)
Bodyfat measurements:
chest: 2mm
abs: 5mm
thigh: 7mm

Very lean and nice base. I would venture to say closer to 8-9% BF and do not take that as an insult because that is still very, very lean.

looking cut bro but i would say your closer to 6-8% myself but that is still good man skin calipers are inaccurate esp. w/ individuals w/ low bf

You're very motivating, dude! I'll be going on my very first cutting phase this summer (I'm 19 and too soft at 207 pounds), and you've really got a level of shape & definition that I'm trying to attain. Well done bro!

Nice work aibalia. Looks like your hard work is paying off. Yea don't sweat the 3.2% b.f. you'd be able to see your lower GI track at that level. Keep up the good work.

Thanks a lot man. It's hard sometimes to follow the diet and lift the weight, but it's all worth it in the end. I'd love to put on some more size, so I may bulk. We'll see.

But yeah, when I got pinched at 3.2% I started laughing and asked that the trainer do it again. He got the same number after two more tries. I just thanked him for his help but walked away figuring I had to be high than that. There's just no way.

Thanks a lot for all the comments and consideration guys. Nice to know that someone is finding my effort motivating, too!

Definitely not man. The hardest part for me so far has been to get those cuts along the top of my chest. They look pretty gnarly when I flex my pecs. And also now I can definitely see cuts along the tops of my traps where they connect to my neck. Clearly defined cuts. Pretty neat.
I'll get some pics up of my legs, because they're coming along nicely these days too.

i have seeen persons with 6%and his abs were full of veins

Well yeah we've already established that I'm not at 3.2%. I forget who it was but someone said that calipers don't get it done in terms of proper measurement when an individual is at a very low bodyfat.
I do have veins in my abs now though. Not crazy veins, but when I flex them I can see them coming through in places. And moreso in my lower abdominal area, right above my pubic area. They're coming out nicely. Also in my hip-flexor area.
But yeah, I'm definitely not at 3.2%.. NO way in hell.

Hey thanks a lot for all the comments guys I really appreciate it. I haven't been on the site in a while, so it was great to come back to such positive encouragement. Thanks to all that took the time to contribute in some way

So yeah I've started to bulk...we'll see how that goes. Diet is still really clean but it's through the roof in terms of overall intake. I just feel like such a lightweight at 158-160 lbs.
