Well, one thing is for sure. I was right about the weight. If that's 12 weeks out you're gonna be ripped to all hell in a few more.

LOL! My traps are like some peoples calves, I pound them and they laugh at me.
But I would agree 100% they are pitifull.
I started out in those pics at 272 or so(one scales says this and another...) I am 5'11. My goal is to come in between 235-240 for this show in SepT. I currently weigh around 255 and my bdyft is ?? i rarely throw out a number, but I am ahead of schedule. My issues is losing too much muscle when I diet, the largest i competed @ before was 224. So this will be new territory.

Damn, you're a biggun. I wouldn't say your traps are pitiful man. Any bodypart on a 270 pound man that is even slightly lacking behind another will look small. Yours are probably huge compared to most.

I rely wholly on whacked out thyroid glands causing severe metabolic issues to lose mine.

I think in the past I did too much cardio, so this year I am trying to be much smarter with my diet. But cardio is always a major part of the plan, just not 2 (1hour) seesions 5xweek. That was too much, but hey it's all about learning. That's why I like comin to the boards, to share, and learn.
