hey there,

been bodybuilding for 11weeks now and thought id post up a progress pic of my back.

the left hand side pic is 5weeks ago and the right pic is recent.

i was always ridiculously skinny and granted im not enormous now im hoping in the next 5months to really gain some serious muscle mass!

In the end i guess looking for something similar to a frank zane body, perhaps not as big but with everything in proportion!

anyway let me know what you think,

cheers guys

Great progress Cameron. Many of us were 'thin' when we started. It just takes some time and dedication. Check out Layne Nortons progress pics in his section and you will see exactly what can be achieved through hard work alone :)

Cameron, nice work bud. You can definitely see the improvements on virtually all of your back muscles, traps, lats, rhom's, etc. Seems like you're on the right path. Good luck to you, keep it up.

Nice improvements bud, pretty good for 5 weeks. Just dont get discouraged if you dont pack on mass very fast, it takes a lot of time, so far so good though. Keep it up. What are you tipping the scales at now?
