Absolutly brother thank you very much. I have gained a whole new level of respect for bodybuilders after going through 6 weeks of contest prep. It's such a sacrifice, and i respect anyone that puts in the time to prepare to step on stage, and in the end even though i want to win badly.. its all about the process of getting there training hard, and dieting, and once you are there, try your best, the judges will do their best to sort out the athletes, and win, lose or draw you tried your best you took your body to another level, and that's the greatest satisfaction of all.
