Good arms bro. I like the name too. I dont get this 10 min workout, 4 days rest thing? Whats that about? Anyways, i think u could look awesome with a lower body fat percentage. Keep on lifting!

Cheers its Mike the nut mentzers workout... I like cause its unconventional but I have to admit its very painful check out my log and u get the idea

Triceps extentions preexhaust into dips dips. U just reminded should put Weds workout up not super heavy mind u. Believe it or not my average reps for Tris are 6 + 2 neg extentions and another 4 + 5 negs in dips.
