True from Norway here.

Heres a few recently pics of me which was apart of a Internet picture Contest at a Norwegian bodybuilding forum - which Im also a Moderator of. :)

I came in second for those who care. If I had lost a couple of more kilos, I would of won. At least thats what they said. (Those bastards) Oh well, I was a "bit" late so there wasnt much I could do really. (

Anyways, Ive also got a movie out now... I Made a training movie with a couple of friends during the cutting season. So I hope ya enjoy it and who knows, - maybe it`ll give you some extra motivation for your next workout.

Allrighty, Im outy then.. Ya`ll have a pleasent evening/morning/afternoon or whatever the hell you got going on over there.

And I`ll just sit back in my coach with another bowl of icecream, watching Paris hiltons new music video.

Overall you look very good. Work on the imbalance in your back (although it could just be how you're flexing). The video seemed pretty cool as well.
