That means much to me that I inspire other people. I started working out at 16 as well so keep it up!
Im a little embaressed about the video now days, but I promise the next one will be a whole lot better! More mass, better technique training, better music, more guys training, more food and so on... It will be great if everything goes as planned. I will not be cut though as in the first video.
As for your question. I always use compound movements in my workout and I always start with them. They are the most important exercieses for mass (Squat, deads, bench etc.). I do about 4-5 sets with 3-5 reps. I like to go heavy. =)
