Hi there,

Don't expect to see some shredded beast, it's just me

But anyway:

As you can read here --> http://www.bodybuildingdungeon.com/f...ad.php?t=14811 , I started working out 4 times a week since the 27th of march... Before that, I trained about twice a week, not very seriously, not paying attention to nutrition and blablabla, it just was quite crappy...

Here is how I looked before training:

The picture was taken somewhere in July 2004

Me after about six moths of 2 times a week full-body:

Picture was taken on 27th of March

Here is how I look now, after almost 3 months training with a split-scheme, and trying to eat properly ... This time I tried a decent pose:

Picture was taken on the 29th of June

It's a base to really get started from . I'm trying to perfect my nutrition, and I'm going to start taking whey-shakes. Let's gain some mass

Ow, my stats at the moment are:
Age: 19
Lenght: 1.80m (5 11")
Weight: 70kg (about 154/155lbs)
Fat : About 10% I guess

That's it for now...

Feel free to comment!

All your life they will say you're not good enough or strong enough or talented enough; they will say you're the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to play this or be this or achieve this. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no, until all the no's become meaningless. All your life they will tell you no, quite firmly and very quickly.
AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES."

In faith there is enough light for those who want to believe and enough shadows to blind those who don't.

Being a Christian is like being a pumpkin. God lifts you up, takes you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up, touches you deep inside and scoops out all the yucky stuff, including the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside you to shine for all the world to see.
