http://www.bodybuildingdungeon.com/f...ad.php?t=14811 , I started working out 4 times a week since the 27th of march... Before that, I trained about twice a week, not very seriously, not paying attention to nutrition and blablabla, it just was quite crappy...
Here is how I looked before training:

Me after about six moths of 2 times a week full-body:

Here is how I look now, after almost 3 months training with a split-scheme, and trying to eat properly ... This time I tried a decent pose:

It's a base to really get started from

Ow, my stats at the moment are:
Age: 19
Lenght: 1.80m (5 11")
Weight: 70kg (about 154/155lbs)
Fat : About 10% I guess
