here some pics in the last month leading to the show ......i always like how i look 4 or 5 weeks out as i feel really full and obviously not stage ready but still lean .......im gonna try real hard this off season to stay in good shape

mvsf1- offseason i get to around 250's arms are like 20in quads 30in- bench 455lb for 4...squat 595lb for 4 and dead the same as squat......contest im 198-205lb arms still around 19.5 quads about 29in and 28 weist...
Tonkin - to answer your question i been for life and competiting in all natural and other shows as well up untill last year i stoped competing in natural shows and only ifbb shows now

tonkin- haha to answer your question ive done my first cycle last winter and prob doin my second this winter i dont think i need much since i gain well i gained 40lb the first time and i used small amounts.....

hey man i have been working out for a while now very into it
i eat right train to hard :P
just seeing if i can get some info on the roidz.......sounds crazy i know
i was thinking of take pro test. stuff but not sure if that is worth the money
i would like to know what you took.....to gain all of that if you are able to say so
as in side effects what you take if your nipples start to get filled.
just some questions i have always wanted to know i dont read much about roidz and when i do its kinda confusing. and how long you cycle on and off of them.

your contest pictures doesn't look like you have 19.5 inch arms....not to sound like an ass..just saying, anyways, you look huge when your 5 weeks out man
