9 weeks out, 8-9% bodyfat, calipers read between 4.6-5.2% averaged out and added 3-4%, lets hear some feedback

8-9% looks about right, for 9 weeks out, you are on track, the big changes don't really come until the final 4 weeks. Keep up the hard work and keep us posted.

looking good for 9 weeks out, but ur face, its so white and round??? lol hahahahaha. keep it up and keep the phots comin. btw, with ur callipers u doin a 3,4,7 point test or something else?

You need to do a 7-point BF test because I don't believe you are at 8-9% BF, and not even close to 4-5% BF. I would say 10-12% honestly. You are looking lean but if you are getting 4-5% BF on your caliper test then you know something must be wrong...

Anyways, you should be able to drop to 4-5% in 9 weeks easily so you don't have anything to worry about. Good job and keep it up!

well the 3 point caliper test i use, you have to add 3-4% to the electronic reading, various other bodybuilders i know use these, and i do not take pictures well because i have no one who can take them for me, i'll post up a new a pic in a new thread that i took this morning, i'm pretty sure its hard to have separated quads without having lower than 7% body fat
