Thanks for the comments everybody, I'll keep replying soon and making more posts, it's inspiring on this site and the comments are too.

probably some things I'd like to gain on my self is thickness in my shoulders, chest and thighs, so some advice would be awesome about that, but the "fun" part...good ol Time seems to be the best im told. haha

For gaining in those areas, the it's all about incline bench, military pressing, deads and squats!

In my opinion - st off light and work your way up to bigger weight with good form for solid reps. Have a comfortable stance and don't let your knees bow inwards. If you can use a free barbell from a power rack rather than using a fixed smith bar as it will be a more natural plane of motion! :)

Ok, I'll give you some advice.

Shoulders: Arnold press and military press. At leat 4 sets of 12-15 with about 80% of your max weight (in one rep). Then you should do front and lateral raises and maybe one exercice with cable machines, just to round that deltoids.

Chest: Easy. Bench press, cable crossovers, incline dumbell press...

Thighs: SQUAT, SQUAT and SQUAT. And then try working in the leg extension machine.

My tip: eat properly, take your time to add the mass that you want, it will not went in few days, do 4 sets of each exercice (aprox.) and Ronnie's technique (it works for me): high reps with heavy ass weights (well, maybe not THAT heavy). Remember ALWAYS to strech (yep, few guys do it) adn to relax... it's basic for growing...

Have fun with the irons!
