you arms have some good mass on them, would be better if you had a PROPER bicep pose though. Lats need some work, other than that lookin good man. shame about the face though

no their not. ive been lifting for awhile and 18" arms are pretty respectable in the sport. mine are only 18.5" and they look way bigger...im not sure if you misread the measurement or whatever, but thats incorrect

there 17inches normal, but 18 in the gym, no shiiting ya either
That one guy whos about 56yrs old commented my arms, after i did 60 reps with Biep curls. they get pumped like a maniac vein on his forehead. i cant flex my peak when i dont work out though :(.
and remember like i said twice those pics are old, i've been working my ass off to gain more mass

Im 5'8, right now and at 201lbs
those two pics are me at 189lbs or lower.
my biceps peak like crazy when i workout but i cant ... flex worth **** when i get home, my elbow and my shoulder crack and pop, so i lay off sometimes working out
maybe take 2-4days off, and put muscle rub and take a lil big of headache forumula.

But lemme wait 28more days and i'll post some good pics up

That second pic is very deceptive as you look more than a few inches under 5'8".

in the first pic your arms look very well sized keep up the hard work, the leg size you mentioned also 30.2, that cant be your thigh measurment right?

This is what I am saying, arms 18 inches? Quads 30.2? Weight of 189 in those pics at 5'8? I think the scale and tape measure is off on this one. I am not trying to flame ya, but these are not right. I have a comparison because I am 5'9 and I know my measurements and you are not even close to me in appearance. There is nothing wrong with someone coming on here and boasting their stats with their pics, but when the two aren't even close, there is something wrong.

ya alot of my family entered in natural bodybuilding contest and won and the most their arms ever reached were about 18-18.5 inches and they were huge. But i heard colemans legs were 34 inch and arnolds were 28 inch so theirs gotta be something off, a 23-24 inch leg is pretty big, 30 inches is bigger then alot of top bodybuilders, but with the arm size, you gotta post some recent pics, so we can see iprovement and your current arm size

his arms could be 18 inches he only has a short bicep head that would peak like crazy in a proper photo.

those pics of me are older than i thought, the one with me in the white shirt is about 6 months old BUT the other one is a tad newer about 2 that one is when i can kinda peak it up it hurts my shoulder
I looked on my digital camera thing, i should keep track more
oh my bicep does peak but i cant flex it right without a pump. it sucks

what about your leg measurment gotta be off a bit, but i do notice a differnece in arm size from the white shirt to the black shirt even though your arms are flexed differently

My legs are about 30inches mostly due to the hamstrings.
i do a helluva lot of cycling and stuff
going around town usually 2.4-5 miles 3-4 times a day.
Then the rest is leg pressing and squats

Right now i weigh a tid over 200lbs.
I gotta gut mostly from too much sodium or sugar (sodas)
But i did do alot of ab rope crunches 210lb ab rope crunches with sets of 12
I have no visible abs but its hard as brick. i'll post some new pics after the first 2 weeks of HST.

Well, this was from last fall, but I was about 210 in the pic, don't know my measurements but I didn't have no 30 inch legs and my arms weren't 18..yet. I also have a back pic from my last comp if you scroll back a couple pages on here.

I know arnolds legs werent the best, but they were still big, I just cant see how, assuming your arms are 18 inches your legs are 30 inches, thjat would be way out of proportion for anything, and i realy doubt your legs are over 30 inches, more then two whole inches bigger then arnolds were

i have alot of fat around my legs

but here are some pics taken in march.

the one of my bicep was taking in mid april
I guess my legs were smaller then, but thats when i was only doing lighter weights
and possibly the worst routine i made, thats also why i switched to HST

thanks.. i try to do hamstrings more but the gym i went to across my old school closed.

So now the only hamstring machine they got is the DOUBLE leg one, i loved the one legged one soo much, i did 70-75lbs with one leg with 4 sets of 6 each leg, i loved it man... :(

Now the new expensive gyms suck, they only got these weird looking equipment..
Id rather workout at Metroflex lol

Ive had 30 inch thighs with less then 18 inch arms in the past its all genetics

Oh btw.
about umm a year and two months ago i was on the Max-OT program

i went from 20lb DB curls with 2 x10
to 2x10 with 40lbs

But... thats how my WHOLE arms got screwed up:(
I did 40lb DB curls for about a month right? well then i started having pain in both shoulders and i still have it to this day, now im at 20lb DB curls with up to 3x20-30
I know too many reps but..
damn i wish i could go back to doing 40, i was turning 18yrs old at that time..
