alright guys, ive done a bit of bulking and added what seems to be some decent muscle on my frame, the day i took these pics i was 202 lbs AM weight. Just lookin for some critiqueing and/or advice on anything yall think i should work on..... heres my stats....

18 y/o
200-205 AM weight
5'9
chest-45
arms- 16
legs- 26
calves- 17.5
waist- 33

personally i think my arms are my lagging point, but just tell me whatever comes to mind.. thanks yall!


btw... just started training back and bis again after a minor bicep injury in early april.

Damn it man you've made some good progress. Arms don't look weak to me. Look to have pretty good shape with that mass too! Keep it up man.

thanks for the comments guys, id like to add a few more pounds then try to maintain my weight for a few months and try to improve my shape, maturity and symmetry. i have a lat spread photo i just remembered i can add once i can get on the other computer. what about that crappy left rear delt? on back days should i maybe do some extra rear delt raises on just the left side? thanks

Yeah what about your legs? Judging by your upper body, I'm guessing they're pretty big. Damn dude you have some thick ass forearms!
Good size man keep doing whatever you're doing, it's obviously working.
What's your diet like? Supps?

Ill be sure to get some leg pics up in the next day or two bro! The forearms kinda run in the family so i got lucky there, as for the diet when i was bulking it was prob about 5000 cals a day, varying from day to day, mostly lean sandwiches or TV dinners with added meats at home. Im a mayo f reak but am trying to break my addiction with olive oil now. On the road I try to stick with subway, and protein bars. As for supps, i keep a jug of protein on hand for when im in a hurry or need a quick boost until the next meal, but i never really got alot out of creatines, NO's etc, so for the past two years its just been strait food!

Lookin good bro, na arm seem fine to me the only thing if anything I would look for more lat width. but thats being picky. Keep up the good work.
