Ill be sure to get some leg pics up in the next day or two bro! The forearms kinda run in the family so i got lucky there, as for the diet when i was bulking it was prob about 5000 cals a day, varying from day to day, mostly lean sandwiches or TV dinners with added meats at home. Im a mayo f reak but am trying to break my addiction with olive oil now. On the road I try to stick with subway, and protein bars. As for supps, i keep a jug of protein on hand for when im in a hurry or need a quick boost until the next meal, but i never really got alot out of creatines, NO's etc, so for the past two years its just been strait food!
