This is a few pics of a young man i am training. He recently turned 21 years old, and has worked out in my gym for 3 months.
He did train before, but not very serious..never tried to squat, deadlift etc.
He has very good genetics and grows fast!.. so look out for him in 5-10 years!!

Yeah, he will explode when he tries gear. All fresh virgin receptors ..lol.
I sponsor him with proteinpowder, vitamins, creatine etc. + he trains for free.
All he have to do is show up 5 days a week and give all he has..and he does!
We doubled his protein intake to 400 grams and 5-600 carbs,100 fat. 7 meals a day.

Not being rude, but I don't know about pro.He looks good,no doubt about it,but there are millions of guys his age that look as good, and better. To predict a kid to go pro,I think he has to be a bit more envolved than what you say he is.It takes a minimum of around 8-12 yrs. of intense training to turno pro.Take a look at this pic. This kid is 19yrs. old,and works for his uncle at Stimpson's house of nutrition in NY where I live. He's competing in a few weeks at 205lbs,and gets up to around 230lbs offseason. The best part is,he's totaly natural.Never done anything. His uncle Matt has been training him since he's 13 yrs. old.He has PERFECT form in every excersize he does, and has absolutely awesome symetry.I mean he looks better in person, but you can get an idea from the pic.God willing,he will without a doubt turn pro within a few yrs.He came in 2nd in the Mr.New York, and he was going up against guys way older. His names Andrew Paterson.Look out for this kid. It's funny,a few years ago,he used to look at me and my friends like we were freaks, and now he's right there with us.

Here is the link to read about him on Beverly's website.

the 21 year guy looks decent for his age...i saw his intake per day AND he's working out 5 days per week, so he should be a decent size..400g of protein per day? thats a little steep..im almost 270lbs and i dont take that much...320-340g tops..but my cal intake is about 8k..thats some serious strain on his kidneys bro at 400g

Holy ****!Finally someone shares the same outlook as me.I'm 5ft7 almost 240lbs,and use 280-300g of protien a day.I try to tell people that protien has adverse effects on the kidneys, bet they never want to listen. My uncle was a comptitive bodybuilder, and died of kidney failure due to high protien levels for an extended period.I mean think about it,they check for protien in your kidneys when you have them checked,so why the hell would it not be dangerous. It's been said that large amounts of water consumption can help flush the kidneys and keep them clean, but I grow just fine with the amount I'm on.I even have had good results with less.I feel it's due to my insulin use. Most guys think that because it's sold over the counter,it's safe to go nuts with. They could'nt be more wrong.I've had problems myself from very high levels of Glutamine.I was taking 40g per serving under the instruction of a strength trainer I am friends with.It may work for some natural BB's,but I use a long list of gear, and hormones, and combined with them,my ankles swelled up like balloons.Temporary kidney failure the Dr. said it was.

ok. well dudes arms are pretty big for a 21 year old...you must remember his bf is pretty low, so that might be why your arms "appear bigger"...but at 16 years old, i've NEVER seen arms that big AND cut(key word)...and i highly doubt yours are even close..i rarely see 18 year old prospects with that much size and im a trainer

I agree. The fellow I posted a pic of has fantastic genetics, and this is not common. The fact that he looks the way he does is due to the training he has done at the age he has.13 when he started, and when he was 15 he looked like half the 18-20 year olds in my gym. Some say it's due to the mild secreation of growth hormone that we all have at that age.I think it all comes down to genetics. In that picture I posted, his arms are about 17-3/4.Off-season his arms get pretty big,and they look big too.A lot of guys get big arms off-seasoon,but they don't look big,due to the loss of vascularity. He stays pretty symetrical, yet gets up to about 230lbs.I see him competing at 220 in a year. And doing it natural is a task.

See,I don't know what your goals are with him,but if I was training a kid that looked like that,I have him eating 300g protien daily, and 6 meals of 166 carbs a piece. It roughly translates to almost 1,000 carbs.Thats what i eat offseason, and if they're carbs from whole grain, quality foods he should stay fairly lean. He's ovbiously got pretty good motabolism,so he'll most likely stay symetrical, and shed the weight fairly easy.

Yo, Vinsulin.
I dont say for a fact that he will turn pro..there is a ? after Future pro !
All im saying is that this guy grows scary fast in short time with no gear, and is very strong !
He has a good build with potential to hold a lot of muscle. Lot of years to work hard!

You said that there are millions of guys his age that look as good or better..well you must live in the land of the giants,LOL.

With regards to protein intake, he eats FOOD. He doesnt gorge himself with glutamine and powders.
If you eat whole food protein sources (that is mostly water) you should have no kidney problems!

Regards

Ps: Insulin use can be very hard on the kidneys (read the insert), as can gear and overuse of sups.
People should check into what they use, before they go blame a t-bone steak for giving them kidney failure.
