I'm only 3 weeks into my cutter, at the end I will post before and after pics. I'm putting this quick one up to punish myself for eating cookies today (i felt really sick and needed some comfort food). No wheels shots because my mirror isn't long enough. Please excuse this stubble and shaving bumps...lol.

i'm 5'11 and 205 here (down from 218 at the beginning of the cut and a soooooft 230 a year ago), and for those of you who care anout these things, my biceps are 17.5 inches cold...I'm gunning for 19-20.

Yeah man you definitely got some size going on. Is it just the picture, or is your chest lagging? Just wondering, not hating. Biceps that big cold - I'm jealous. Overall pic looks good though, good luck with the rest of your cutting cycle. Make sure to do lots of lower ab work. You'll be thankful you did when they start showing through as your cutting continues.

Yeah, my chest has never been big, I'm working on it (have been for years...lol). I find that on my chest movements, I end up lifting with a lot of front delt and tris, hence their development...it's to the point where they're on the verge of being disproporionate...you can't see them, but my traps also grow really easily.

I will post some real pics, posed and hopefully tanned in another 4-6 weeks. Thanks for the kind words guys.

it was just that one day of cookies...i still made it pretty close to my caloric intake that day, but you know how it is when you're feeling sick, the diet dies lol...
