Ok finally got em up (just for general interest).
Not ideal for BB pics, with web-cam and desk lamp, but you get the picture (gee I'm funny ).
This is at 242lbs (5'7 tall). So I'm easily 20-25lbs over anything half decent looking . I'll try for better lighting and conditioning at a later time.

LMAO yeah thanks Yeah I stated at the top that I am 242lbs and about 20-25lbs out of seasonal shape. BUT, don't worry bro you'll still be a little bird compared to me in 12 weeks when I'm down to 220lbs with all respect

Nice pics PUMBA. Awesome that you could get your weight up to the 240s with only being 5'7. I think you will look excellent when you cut. A lot of good muscle mass there. Keep training hard, and looking forward to seeing you ripped.

You definitely don't need to bulk at this point. Clean up the diet and get an idea of what you're working with under there. Props for throwing the pics up. You got a few good months of strict eating ahead of you if you want to do it right, but the results would be well worth it!

I would cut to about 200 and see where you're at. I bet you are holding more fat than you think or appear. 220 on a 5'7" frame will not be cut for you right now.

Thanks SimplyHuge, Q80, BigBen, Miniduck, xtweak, the freak, mindstar for the encouragement.
As you can see my diet does not exist, it's winter here and I need the warmth LOL.
Yeah your spot on knuckles at around 200 I'm ripped up, at 220lbs I'll be showin lines and some abs, but not ripped up. I'll try to do photo's at each stage maybe at 220 and then if I get to 200 which will be pre-end of year contest.
LMAO I'll try to get better conditions though lighting, camera etc, cause I'm actually sitting and kneeling in those upper body shots (on the back shots I'm sitting backwards on a kids chair lol.

You may even decide to cut below 200. Don't concern yourself with the numbers or the "gotta be big" mindset. That will get you nowhere. I'd go to 200 and see what you think, maybe try to really get ripped and drop another 10-20 after that. Post up the diet when you want some help from everyone.

well depending on how well you diet 190 might be the lucky number, you never know how much fat you could be carrying. Be careful with your diet too man, dont start way too low with the carbs and lose the muscle you got. Slow and steady baby, that 200lbs shredded is very possible if you do it smartly. Best of luck to you!

Plus I'm still lifting pretty heavy to gain more muscle, love those weights lmao.

Yeah xtweak that would be about right 12-16 weeks starting tomorrow (12th june) .
LMAO @ Evildumbell, man Chesticles couldn't carry my gym bag. I'd be all over him like white on rice, in a paper cup, in a snow storm. Chesticles is like 6'0 I'm 5'7 and he is that boney he has to run around in the shower to get wet, you work it out j/k Chesti, least Peanut still loves ya .

LMAO @ Evildumbell, man Chesticles couldn't carry my gym bag. I'd be all over him like white on rice, in a paper cup, in a snow storm. Chesticles is like 6'0 I'm 5'7 and he is that boney he has to run around in the shower to get wet, you work it out j/k Chesti, least Peanut still loves ya .
Interesting Chesty told me that he is bigger than peanut, i think you have just put him in his place
