Haha, thats sooo true, but you do look great bro. You obviously have great genetics, it would be a shame not to bust your ass and take advantage of that. You're bf is low and you have a narrow waist, it won't take much to give the perception that you are much bigger than you are. Bust your ass boy! People would kill to have a base like yours at that age. My last workout partner had a build very close to yours, he was older and larger, but same taper. He had great symmetry, and his muscles were very dense, but the boy wouldn't eat enough to make good gains and change his physique. Eat like a champ, lots of meat

It's like this bro.....You have a great back for your age and the stage at what your development should be at 15.

If you want constructive critisism, here goes..."IF" your aim is to be a bodybuilder you need to do a few things.

1) Eat more meat. Meat is full of protein and protein contains amino acids and amino acids help repair the micro tears in you muscles which occur after intense weight training. Thus you grow to be a big bobber.

2) You will soon need to add width to you back so a few sets of wide grip chin ups and some lat pulldowns will help there.

3) You will soon need to add thickness to your back, so some T-Bar rows, Bent-Over Rows and some seated rows will help there.

Lastly, yes alot of the time we do say people look great but that is usually after we read thier age or how long they have been training.

Nothing positive would come if the guys said, you had the build of a Greyhound now would it?
So welcome the compliments, take the advice and get in the gym young fella, cause you have a good solid base and nothing big stands without a solid base

Good Luck

Maybe so, but meat is also Chicken, Turkey and Fish all of which are excellent sources of protein and are also NOT "red meat".
Good Luck.

Thats good mate, but oatmeal and pasta are carbohydrates, basically energy food and fibre. The protein is to repair the damage caused by weight training which in turn creates bigger muscles.

Good Luck.

PS I love asian food.
