16 weeks away from my first show

im 21 years old and i will be competing in my first show in about 4 months, i have not started my contest diet yet, i also hired a nutritionist and contest prep specialist to help my get ready for the show, and dial me in the last week.. Guys let me know what you think, tell me what my strong points are and my weak points.. im going be doing a natural show in NYC

i have not started tanning yet im 5'8 186 and my BF is at around 11 %
