I work them with my shoulders. This is what my routine looks like.
Seated db military press - 3 sets of 8
Upright rows - 3 sets of 8
Side lateral raises - 3 sets of 8
Rear Delt Flys - 3 sets of 8
Face pulls - 3 sets of 8
Barbell Shrugs (just started doing power shrugs) - 3 sets of 8 and then next time i do them i do 3 sets of 15.
Also do deadlifts but i do those with my back.
I work each musclegroup 2 times a week.
