Props for posting your pics, but it looks to me like your trying to impress some girl with those. Learn how to pose first then we can give you constructive critisme.

After 2.5 years you should be bigger than that. I say that to get you working harder. I'm guessing your diet is off cause you are a little chubby on the lower abs.

The truth hurt some times, but I'm hoping it'll get you back in the gym and train hard and eat right. Post your pics in some months again with poses.
