These are pretty reccent pics of mine, their just 2 weeks old. I weigh about 153 lbs right now. I would appreciate any and all comments, i have an idea of what i need to improve on, but i want some opinions too. Everyone can unload all their comments, good or bad, don't worry i can take it all.

man it looks like everything is coming in proportionate bro, bodyfat is lowenough to see a 6 pack, and your not really missing a bodypart as far as being proportinate. just keep packing on the size , great results so far!

Judging from those pics your back is definately your strong point. As Ben said, everything is coming on proportionately, just keep on training and get some more mass. Nice work man. Keep us updated on progress.

thanks for the compliments guys, i am currently working on gaining mass, my metabolism makes it a bit difficult, but im getting there bit by bit.....as everyone says in this sport; the key is consistency

thanks dude...my arms have always grown out alot faster than the rest of my body, i remember i used to have BRIGHT red stretch marks over my shoulders and arms for a while when i first started, haha

Your stomach looks a little soft. Other than that, you look good. Great hair as well. If mine mop grew like that, I have it lookin' the same.

yup dude the stomach definatley needs work...im debating right now to downplay the abs and go for overall size OR work on getting cut up....any thoughts?

I believe that recreational bodybuilders have more benefits by keeping their body fat on a moderate level all the time. Competitors may afford themselves to gain more fat, but I think it's worthy for naturals to keep fit and well defined through the whole year.
I keep my diet clean all the time and feel satisfied with little improvements.

It's summertime man, go for the abs. You can still add size while cutting bodyfat with the right diet and routine. Best of both worlds.
