Look really good man. Good definition and size. Nice wide back too. Legs look detailed. If anything just looks like your chest could use a little more mass, but still looking great man. Good luck with the competition - let us know how you get on!

PumpingIron that definetely is down there in percentage, your legs dont stay that cut while at 9-10%, Look at his hammies too. No doubt very low bodyfat

Unfortunelly my competition is canceld. So i will not compete anymore. That really sucks!!! But i'am going to look at it on the bright side, i will be looking ripped in the summer!!! My next comp. will be on the 3 of december. I will let you know...
I think i am going to continue with my dieet and look how i look when i am depletted. I will keep in touch!!
