Back workout . Deadlift , i do 190 kg x 19 reps it s my best.

Barbell row. this is the best exercise back 130 kg x 10 reps.

Earlier I wrote little wrong:190 kg x 19 reps. Correct reps were 18 reps.

Best. 250 kg x 5 reps.
