Little Background:
End of my Junior Year I was 5'11" and 135lbs. By the January of my Senior Year I was 205lbs, at around 18% bodyfat, I cant believe I did that but I did. It wasnt very healthy and my measurements now match what I was 40lbs heavier and my strength blows it out of the water.
End of senior year I was 185lbs.
Starting In October of '05 and after 6 months of not touching a weight committed to a diet and hit the gym again. I dieted down to around 155lbs to lose all the sloppy weight and start over pretty much. Now its April and I'm 168lbs, stronger than I've ever been in my life and quite satisfied.
By June I'll having posing pics, I just posted these to let peole know kinda how far I've came I suppose. Plus, I'm bored and have nothing else to do
Edit: Just for a bonus, I remember measuring my arms when I was 5'11" and 135lbs, they were barely 11"

Now they measure maybe a smig over 15
