My buddy just got his tested and its at 7 I think, and just from seeing your formarms the look is totally different

if your thinking vascularity than thats understandable but then again I'm not vascular what so ever.

Edit: Oh yea, and I think that because I test my body fat every week and it actually usually says 7 - 7.5 but I just say 8%.
