This is me 5 months out from my first contest and i'm 16 y/o.
Please tell me what you think also the light is crap its dark with the flash on the camera on so it makes my abs and chest look crap.

It's only the tabba 2006 comp in tasmania australia but if I get sponcered to go to the nationals I get to compete for the Australian teenage tittle. Hopfully I can add more mass on to my frame in the next 3 1/2 months and start cutting up 6 weeks out at the max.

Also my routine is to cowboy's from hell by pantera I think it will work really really well. My dad was a bodybuilder and he was always one of the best posers in the comps he went in and I think i'm almost as good as him now with fluency and knowing how to show off my body and highlighting my stong points. I might post the video after my contest.

Cheers man I sarted training for bodybuilding about on my 16th birthday 8 or so months ago.
To be honoust that back lat spread makes me look bigger than I am lol.
