Hey guys Ive been involved in sports for awhile now so Ive always been in good shape. But i cant cut the fat that i have! Any suggestions?
Bench:285
Squat:485
Deadlift:435
Height:6'0
Weight:225

Yeah i know... i guess i have extreamly dense muscle... BUt i try man thats all i can say and for my cardio i run like 2 miles every other day and im pretty good about keeping bad foods like chips and processed foods away.

Read up on nutrition and get a well balanced diet down!

Mix that with the right amount of cardio, and you should have no problem keeping the weight off.

make a strict diet decrease carbs & fats increase protiens and use thermosheld . or fat burner..

You have a solid base there and some impressive lifts. Like Flex says, sort your diet out, your cardio sounds ok. Maybe up the intensity a little. Keep lifting heavy - you are on the right track!
