I haven't seen your previous pic either so don't know if you've improved. You seem to have a good base and condition, but to be honest I think you need more size. Your waist looks a little too blocky in relation to your upper body, but it's difficult to tell from the one pic! Good luck with it though! Let us know how you get on! :)
