Time to introduce myself.

Since I've been visiting this forum for a long time, now has come the time to introduce myself: 22 years, played waterpolo 6 years, 3 years of bodybuilding, 189cm and 85 kg right now. I'm completely natural (obvious) but find it really difficult to gain muscle mass...but I'll never give up.

You have great condition. You have a simliar body ype to me. Defined but find it so damn hard to put anby size on.Just train heavy and eat loads. Basic advie I know but it's what you need to do! Keep up the good work man. Look forward to seeing pics of you huge in a few months time! :)
