ok i don't think it's really fair to sya how long i've been training for because there were periods of time when i was overtraining , running too much without eating enough , eating too much bad food . It's been roughly 8 month . anyway i'm 6'1 187 pounds . arms 14 in' bench press 170 x 5 , squat 200 deadlift 180 x6 .

Basically, you need more muscle mass. I really cant point out any one thing because nothing appears, I just see a skinny 15 year old kid. Perhaps some of that is the picture quality. Anyway, if you need any help putting together a new plan just let us know. The guys here are always willing to help when they can. The good news is that at your age muscles will build like crazy if you stimulate them correctly. Good luck man.

Please dont take offense to any of my observations, actually I think is great you are starting at such a young age. At 15 I was like 100 lbs! haha

You should be bulking now if you aren't already. You need to add a lot more mass. You're not necessarily bad for your age, but you just need... more.

Not much else to be said, but seeing that you're experience with lifting i'd incorporate some shocking techniques like drop sets and super sets into your workouts.
