Basically, you need more muscle mass. I really cant point out any one thing because nothing appears, I just see a skinny 15 year old kid. Perhaps some of that is the picture quality. Anyway, if you need any help putting together a new plan just let us know. The guys here are always willing to help when they can. The good news is that at your age muscles will build like crazy if you stimulate them correctly. Good luck man.
