little background, before i started working out i was about 125 lbs...these pics i am about 145 lbs, after about 4.5 months of training these pics are a lil outdated i am now 160 12 % bf but its been awhile since my body has seen sun, and u think u were lookin at a ghost, tell me what you guys think, ive read alot of posts on this site and know the members have a vast knowledge of bodybuilding

i got stabbed...by a surgen after my appendix ruptured...then got infected cuz they ****ed up the operation.....but ive had a hernia too.....thx guys, i defintely will keep it up
