Currently bulking trying to hit around 210 (Weighing 180 in the pics)
If I can hit 210 I am looking to compete in 07' in a novice/natural competition, I am 5'11" so I need the added muscle mass to compete. Feel free to be honest I have no problem with the truth. Thanks guys

My bulking diet consists of consuming around 500-600g of carbohydrates (nearly all complex carbs aside from a dextrose supplement) a day with a few cheat meals a week. my metabolism makes it somewhat difficult to add mass without cheating but I keep it pretty clean. Protein intake is solid and making sure I get 20-30g's ever 2-3 hours. During cutting I will carb cycle with 2 high days (250g), 2 medium days (125g), and 2 low days (50g or lower).

Looking good man, strange that you get 600 grams of carbs a day and only weigh 180. Good luck competing and achieving your masters.

Damn! Nice piocs man! Really ripped! Great contest shape. I think you've got the right idea bulking though. You've got the shape but need a bit more size, and some width in your back. Chest looks sweet though! Keep it up and good luck!

Anyone have any suggestions for bulking? I have been consuming 600-800g carbs each day with 200-300g of protein and I have been LOSING weight! My metabolism is pretty fast and this is frustrating, any ideas?
