Currently bulking trying to hit around 210 (Weighing 180 in the pics)
If I can hit 210 I am looking to compete in 07' in a novice/natural competition, I am 5'11" so I need the added muscle mass to compete. Feel free to be honest I have no problem with the truth. Thanks guys

My bulking diet consists of consuming around 500-600g of carbohydrates (nearly all complex carbs aside from a dextrose supplement) a day with a few cheat meals a week. my metabolism makes it somewhat difficult to add mass without cheating but I keep it pretty clean. Protein intake is solid and making sure I get 20-30g's ever 2-3 hours. During cutting I will carb cycle with 2 high days (250g), 2 medium days (125g), and 2 low days (50g or lower).

Anyone have any suggestions for bulking? I have been consuming 600-800g carbs each day with 200-300g of protein and I have been LOSING weight! My metabolism is pretty fast and this is frustrating, any ideas?

With regard to bulking I have the same problem. It really is a case of eating and eating. How many meals do you have and how often?

I am eating 6-8 times a day basically whenever I feel like I can fit more food in my stomach, I eat a cous-cous meal with vegetables and tuna about 4 times a day (100+ carbs each) and am getting my 100-ish carb post meal, 100g during/after training from malto/dextrose and I consume casein before bed, wake up for a scoop of whey. I sneak a few cheat meals in a few times a week because I stay super lean without them. A buddy of mine recommended added oils to my diet to get more healthier fats, because I'd imagine on most days my fat intake is lower, although I do eat natural PB and almonds

I recently picked up some Enova Oil and am going to add a serving to each of my meals during the day to pick up some extra mono/poly-unsaturated fats, hoping that will help
