My bulking diet consists of consuming around 500-600g of carbohydrates (nearly all complex carbs aside from a dextrose supplement) a day with a few cheat meals a week. my metabolism makes it somewhat difficult to add mass without cheating but I keep it pretty clean. Protein intake is solid and making sure I get 20-30g's ever 2-3 hours. During cutting I will carb cycle with 2 high days (250g), 2 medium days (125g), and 2 low days (50g or lower).
