8 weeks later, and went up a lot in maxes from 8 weeks later however no real visual difference. Here are some pics from tonight and from 8 weeks ago.

wow you squat a shit load for a 15 year old! I was never that close at that age well hell I never even did squat at 15 lol. Just hit up some cardio man to get rid of some of that BF. Not sure if you play football or not but if you cut that BF and keep that strength up you would be badass bro. Keep up the good work

Great progress. I see you've posted your workout routine as well, and that it's failry set in stone. I know you can't add deadlifts yet, but I have a quick question. Do you have a "trap bar" at school? It's a bar that has a diamond shape in the middle that you can stand inside, allowing you to do deads with a neutral grip, and the weights in line with your centre of gravity instead out in front of you.
