Great progress. I see you've posted your workout routine as well, and that it's failry set in stone. I know you can't add deadlifts yet, but I have a quick question. Do you have a "trap bar" at school? It's a bar that has a diamond shape in the middle that you can stand inside, allowing you to do deads with a neutral grip, and the weights in line with your centre of gravity instead out in front of you.
