He's right to a point that those parts are lagging but it doesn't look as if he's not training them at all. My honest assessment is that you're maintaining a very good level of bodyfat for someone that's bulking which could mean one of two things. You could either not be taking in enough calories or just be really clean with what you're eating and patient in reaching your goals. You might want to up your caloric intake but that's hard to say without having an idea of what you're diet is like. I think do you have potential but you need to thicken up that back and remember to stick to compound exercises. I feel if you do this and stay extremely dedicated, within 3-4 years you could do well in local contests. Also, post some leg/calve pictures so we can comment on those too. So in conclusion, for being 18 y/o and only lifting for a year and a half you're in very good shape for sure. Keep hitting the weights hard with compound exercises and maybe examine your diet and bump up the calories. Take care bro. |
