Im training now for almost 1,5 years I train very hard and strickt
Eating extreem much all day long but im keeping an eye on what i eat.
but what i want to hear is do you guys think that i can make my way in the bodybuilding sport,
not right away but maybe in a couple of years
please give me comment



ps.

Im from holland so my english can be a bit wrong,
or hard to understand sorry for that.

I see allot of things that are lacking

Tri's
Lat's
Lower Back
Delts

I'm not for sure, but I bet you legs are lacking as well. It looks like you have potential though. Good luck.

He's right to a point that those parts are lagging but it doesn't look as if he's not training them at all. My honest assessment is that you're maintaining a very good level of bodyfat for someone that's bulking which could mean one of two things. You could either not be taking in enough calories or just be really clean with what you're eating and patient in reaching your goals. You might want to up your caloric intake but that's hard to say without having an idea of what you're diet is like. I think do you have potential but you need to thicken up that back and remember to stick to compound exercises. I feel if you do this and stay extremely dedicated, within 3-4 years you could do well in local contests. Also, post some leg/calve pictures so we can comment on those too. So in conclusion, for being 18 y/o and only lifting for a year and a half you're in very good shape for sure. Keep hitting the weights hard with compound exercises and maybe examine your diet and bump up the calories. Take care bro.

I would suggest time brother...It is called bodybuilding, because it takes time to build up to ur potential....hang in there, read and ask questions as much as possible....things will fall into place later

your body fat is low. you should start upping your calories by like 400 every 4 weeks and eat whole food meals and u will start packing on some size. after you gain like 30 lbs and work your ass off with back and everything then start dieting down and see the new muscle u have made!

hey guys dont bulshit the guy alot and tell him ur lagging this and that body part.....2 b straigth and frank with u bro u still need some work then u can really analyze wut r ur real strong and weak points, i mean u only been training for 1.5 year......but 4 now u have a good foundation 2 begain with so train everything hard equaly and eat right......GL..........
