i ****in love leg training and work my ass off!! 315 lb squats for 10 reps and 12 plates on each side leg press for 10 reps. I superset my extensions with lunges and blast my hammies. Heres a pic of my quad hopefully everything comes into place in the next year or 2 when i go for the open class at 1 of the cal state shows
