Yeah man, I would say you're lower than 10% at this point.
The main things that I can see are that you have some sick cuts going on along your triceps...they look great. Chest and delts look good too. Traps look like they're lagging, but I could be wrong because you're clearly not flexing them. If that's the case though, then your rear delts are probably a little behind too. I could be wrong. But overall you look really good man. I feel you about trying to put on mass without raising your bodyfat...it's a process trust me.
