I've been training for a year now..but I started to take it seriously in the past 7 months..I'm tryna get big..people say I'm too young and I shouldn't lift heavy but I stopped growing 2 years ago..what's the point lol..and I am Asian..for those who are wondering..please point out my weaknesses!!! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!

my legs are very small...I really want them to be big..so I have a question

Should I do squats before leg presses? cause I do them before squats..and I dont know if I'm doing it in the right order..for quads i would do..

Leg extensions
Leg Presses
Squats

oh btw I'm 5'8" and 170 pounds..dunno my bodyfat..I'm bulking up though

You look good bro i think ith time and continued training u could look awesome. Just keep it up u have good genetics, you have a bodytype thats hard to put muscle on, but have the ability to be very ripped! I bet u could weigh in at a very good 230 shredded bro. keep up the work, continue learning, and

lookin good bro, especially for your age and how long you've been training. for your legs I'd recommend you try reversing your leg routine ie doing squats first and leg extensions last

Eat, eat and keep eating! Gotta get some mass on that frame, but you definately have potential, theres some good shape and definition there. With regard to your legs. Squats definately first. UNLESS you feel your lower back or anything else giving up before your quads, in which case I would do leg extensions first as a pre-exhaust on the quads so they fail first in squats! But hopefully with proper form this shouldn't be a problem! Keep up the good work man!

Thanks guys, I'm training hard..today I did legs..I did

Squats
Leg Presses
Leg Extentions

Lying Leg Curls
Seated Leg Curls
Stiff Legged Deadlifts

^by the end of the squats...my legs had a reall good pump but i couldnt lift as much on leg press and leg extension..

deff a good work out though..kept in intense..did a drop set on the leg press..

and Rocky, I eat 6 meals a day! 30 grams of protein each meal..and lean body protein shake after my work out! trying to get bigg lol
