Whats up guys I am 22 and 202 lbs @ 9% bodyfat. Here is a pic of me after shoulder pressing the 110lb dumbbells 8x.

look sharp. im 22 also but 240 and 20% bodyfat. i just started doing double cardio sessions a day so i can get a sharp midsection. any suggestions. i usually do my cardio after i lift and my second session of cardio is either in the morning or before i go to bed.

same phone as me dude. oh and not to be rude or nothing but if you just finished a shoulder workout, why take a pic of your abs?? show the pumped up delts!

hey thanks guys for your compliments and reply's! As for me, I trained at Gold's Venice for 1 year and then moved up to the valley and train at a local LA Fitness. I bring the intensity wherever I go, however I miss Gold's. I have learned alot from pro's to amateurs and in the process I figured out my body which is the most important thing to a bodybuilder.

vdawg the stomach was another time just to show my midsection.

FlexCabana the best way to lower your body fat is over time and through diet. Cardio is good but you dont need more than 4 sessions a week from 30-45 minutes(walking incline, bike etc) I got my 6 pack from training abs only once a week after leg training and giving them proper time to fully recover. I **** them up hard so I cant do a sit up after and kills when I cough or laugh. I think the best thing to do is write a journal of what you eat and keep your numbers like this. 40% protein 45-50% carbs, and 10-15% fats. Good luck bro you will see your 6 pack and lines in all muscles soon. if you are that heavy and big maybe 2500-3000 calories for your first diet to find out what you need to maintain then cut calories from there.

Yeah Vinny, i dont see much to be able to really critique, but you are definitely ripped, with some awesome abs! i wish I could get mine to look close to that. I plan to start my cutting in the next 2 or so weeks. Good job. Also if you have time, comment on my pics. one lat spread, one front and one back dbl bi.
