Thanks guys. I started lifting about 4 months ago because I had to stop playing football due to too many head shots. I'm cleaning 137kg, snatching 110kg. As for the bench, I rarely get a chance to do it and usually end up benching after about 2-3 hours of lifting, but I've put up 180kg.
