4 and a half weeks out

from the first show of the year. I will have another one 3 weeks later in Spokane, WA. Havn't kicked up the cardio yet or lowered the sodium so I am not looking too shredded, but come showtime, it should all come together.....Havn't posted much here yet but really am liking the board!!

Oh ya, stats are 5'9 205, I don't check my BF, I just use the mirror.

Thank you very much for all the encouragement. I took the rest of last year to get everything balanced out and from the comments, I hopefully accomplished that. I'll keep ya posted on how everything goes.
