19 years old. 171 3/4lbs. 8% bodyfat as of Feb 10, 2006. Just started weight training seriously ~4 months ago. Let me know what you think. Thanks everyone

your upper body looks good but what about some pics of your legs, your back...?
i guess you haven`t started training just 4 months ago because your neck is quite big. what kind of sport did you do before lifting?

I'm going to get some pictures of my legs and back soon, then I'll post them. I need someone to take them for me.
I've sort of trained in the past, but never seriously and never consistenly.
I played baseball up until high school and soccer up through high school - never anything like football. Soccer kept my weight down but made my legs strong. But since I've only been training seriously for a short time my squat is pretty weak - only around 265 or so for moderate rep weight. Leg press is up to 720 for rep weight.
Anyway thank you for the comment and I'll work on getting those other pictures. If I can get someone to take pictures for me I might as well get all the standard poses going.

Hey thanks a lot everyone, I really appreciate the comments and critique.
I've started bulking recently, about a week ago. I'm just so sick of being small...I want to put on some decent size. Ultimate goal is to be around 200lbs or so with lower than 8% bodyfat. That's quite a long way down the road though, obviously.
Since I want to pack on some size, I started taking BigMax 50 weight gainer to help me get more protein and calories throughout the day...it's expensive and hard to remember to eat so much all day long, but I'm getting used to it. I know the owner of a MaxMuscle out here by my college (UCR) and he hooked me up with a 10lb jug of the stuff for $25. The taste isn't bad and it has a lot lower fat content than something like CytoGainer. I'm also taking NO-Xplode pre-workout and Cellmass post-workout, and ProRated protein shakes here and there during the day.
ANYWAY - I've been doing a lot of compound exercises to try and put on size. Squats, deadlifts, farmer walks, and leg presses...stuff like that. I'm slowly getting into the more advanced Olympic lifts...but that's going to take time.

I'm going to go buy a little tape measurer today so I'll get my measurements all posted. That will be a good way for me to track growth for myself, too.

Ok, so I have some numbers for you all...I'm pretty sure I'm not exactly proportional, but I had to make these measurements myself because my stupid roommate wouldn't help me out. I would say that there is very, very little error in these measurements. Definitely less than a quarter inch if any at all. Anyway, here are my numbers as of today, March 8, 2006:

Right thigh- 25in
Left thigh- 25 in
Right calf- 15in
Left calf- 15in
Left bicep- 15 3/4in
Right bicep- 15 3/4in
Neck- 16 1/2in
Chest- 41 1/2in

Pretty small numbers, but hey, I've got a long way to go...

Yeah, like I said, I seriously doubt that I'm symmetrical like that. I just got those rounded off numbers because I had to make all the measurements myself - my stupid roommate wouldn't help me out. But I mean, I don't really think that there are any HUGE differences.
I'm really hoping to put on some size over the following months as I try to bulk up...I cut down pretty easily when I go at it.

What do you mean it will destroy me? If you mean that as I see gains, I'll become addicted to it, then you're damn right. It's the most addicting thing and I f***ing love it. If you're talking about something else (gaining fat?) then I'm not sure...

You couldn't be more right about eating right. What a difference the proper diet makes!!! As soon as I stopped eating like an idiot and started eating like I wanted to make gains, the gains definitely started coming!
Here is a general idea of what I might eat during one day:

Breakfast (~7am)
-Irish Steel Cut Oatmeal w/ fruit, raisins, fat free milk
-Orange juice or Green Plant juice from Trader Joe's
-One-A-Day Men's Health multi, 600mg calcium, 1,000mg flaxseed oil, 1,000mg fish oil concentrate w/ 300mg omega-3 fatty acids

Midmorning snack (~9am)
-bag of raisins
-Special K cereal bar

Lunch (~11:30-12pm)
-Teriyaki or Mesquite lean chicken breast (sometimes with low-sodium hot sauce to dip on the side)
-2 cups mixed cooked vegetables
-11.5oz can of V8 juice

GYM (~1:30pm-3pm)
postworkout - protein shake

Afternoon meal (~4pm-4:15pm)
-Teriyaki or Mesquite lean chicken breast
-2 cups mixed cooked vegetables

Late-afternoon snack (5:30-6pm)
-slice of 100% whole weat bread with peanut butter, little bit of honey, and raisins
-Green Plant juice

Dinner (~7:30-8pm)
-Teriyaki or Mesquite lean chicken breast OR salmon
-2 cups mixed cooked vegetables
-variation of whole fruit
-fat free milk or V8 juice, along with a cup of Green Tea

There have been some changes to this lately because I'm eating a lot more pasta w/ chicken, I'm not drinking my green tea at night anymore (that was stupid, don't know why I was doing that in the first place), I'm taking weight gainer now...probably some other small changes that I'm forgetting. When I eat now I feel like I'm going to puke all day long I eat so much. haha I love it.

Just a quick update shot for you all - taken 5-3-06, AM, before training that day (right when I woke up).
Current weight = 167 1/4 lbs
Current body fat = ? I got pinched at 8% on Feb 10, 2006...hopefully it's a LITTLE bit lower than that now...but I honestly don't know.
Oh and don't mind the magical ball of light in my hand...I'm a wizard.
