Hey, I'm pretty new, but I just wanted to know how I was looking. Been going to the gym for a little while (about 6 months or so) so don't expect too much. :p

Thanks.

Thanks you guys, my arms are the main area I am working on now becuase after years of cycling and ski-ing my legs are pretty strong, well I think they are :p

I can legpress 200kg for about 7 repetitions, so I don't concentrate on them much.

Can anyone tell me what the "average" stats for a 15 year old are? (Just curious)

Thanks again.

For 15 you are on the right track! Just keep training hard and the results will come. You have the benefit of your growth hormones still kicking in so take advantage of that and train hard and eat well and rest even better! Give it time!

I don't think there is an average stat for 15 - too much variation at that age I think! I posted a thread about bodybuilding statistics for height and weight in the main discussion thread a few weeks back you might want to have a look at.

biometrix, you should cocentrate on everything( not meant in a bad way) what im mean is dont short change youself just beceuse somthing is stronger than another. you say your legs are strong? great now make them stronger. give 100 % to every bodypart, always. give 100% do diet and 100% to recuperation and you will be well on your way. remember, 100% ALWAYS! keep up the good work.

Yeah, I suppose it does make sense, and I definetly need to work harder than I am currently. Thanks for that.

Well, along with other stuff, I am really trying to bulk up my biceps and triceps, what sort of exercises should I be doing, what type of weight (% of 1RM), any guidance would be gratefully accepted.

Thanks.

again, heavy compound movements. forget about rope extensions for tri and preacher curls for bis. for tri stick with skull crushers, close grip bench, heavey cable push downs and dips ( not all in one workout either) for bis heavy barbell curls heavy dumbell curls, and some hammer curls. warm up to a working weight that allows for 6 to 8 hard reps, same for triceps.. no drops or anything needed for you now, just staight setswith heavy weight. keep a log book of what weight your using and beat the record each time u train ( with good form of course)

you should still concentrate on your legs, because you said that you can do 200KG, that's about 440Pounds which equals fuck all really.....

keep at it
