tonk, being 16 your body is full of hormones right now.. take advantage of this. dont weigh your food but make sure you get 5 or 6 good meals a day. if you can do this and train with the heaviest weights you can handle for six to ten reps. train about three to four days a week emphasizing deadlifts, squats, bent row s,bench press ,military press,barbell curl, close grip bench, pullups. just eat enough to gain weight. a pound or two a week is plenty of weight to gain for a young bodybuilder like yourself
