Bad camera i can only take one fucking picture cause its so shit lol! and my dad used up the storage so i cna only take 1 pic anyway here it is. Isn't much just my arm .
Sorry if its not much wich it isn't but its just a preview. Im not even on any supplements but i will be. I got alot of muscle else where but this im going to show for you now, 100% food intake for protein nothing else.

oh i ment carbs lol i just didn't include it i eat alot of pasta and brown rice to :)

its confusing for me at 16 i have to eat i dunno carbs a day and if i want to get lean and bulk up i have to go through a eating routine like its so complicated and u have to eat perfect gets me worried. What meals should i have to eat to get lean like whats ur food intake for a week then u start over again with something different i may sound confusing to.

tonk, being 16 your body is full of hormones right now.. take advantage of this. dont weigh your food but make sure you get 5 or 6 good meals a day. if you can do this and train with the heaviest weights you can handle for six to ten reps. train about three to four days a week emphasizing deadlifts, squats, bent row s,bench press ,military press,barbell curl, close grip bench, pullups. just eat enough to gain weight. a pound or two a week is plenty of weight to gain for a young bodybuilder like yourself
