hi there... these is my latest picture with my training partner in the gym where I used to train for two years now. i'm in the left side. my bodyweight is 190 lbs. and i'm only 5'5". i love powerlifting. my personal record now are follows:

bench press = 320 lbs. for 3 reps (BAR NOT INCLUDED)
deadlift = 450 lbs. for 1 rep (BAR NOT INCLUDED)
squats = 400 lbs. for 1 rep (BAR NOT INCLUDED)

i don't have any supplements using now for one year. even steroids. i'm training 100% natural. i'm only consuming lots of carbohydrates as a replacement for protein. maybe next month, i'm planning to take amino acids by optimum nutrition and 5-tetra by epic nutrition and some calcium and multivitamins for added strength in bones. im jobless now, and only spending money for only important things. im only getting motivation from this site,

you there.. what can you say?? any suggestions or comments on my physique, strength and nutrition? thanks a lot.

Get a job! Why are you replacing protein with carbs? You need a certain amount of protein, if you don't get that, you won't grow, there's simply no replacement! And getting protein from normal food isn't that hard or expensive. What's your dieet like? Anyway, keep up the good work, and you guys have happy smiles! :)

hey jornT, where are you from? did you know that getting job here in the philippines is a hard thing to do. you can't easily find a job here in the country with economic crisis. and theres a lot of jobless people here thats why the competency is too high. by the way, sometimes i eat chicken, beef, pork and eggs. but most often are fish and vegetables. but most of my diet is compose of rice and pasta. thats the way of living here, the filipino way. thanks again pal... god bless

Yeah I realised that you probably didn't choose to to be jobless. It's hard to get a job there, which means you're only gonna get one if your doing everything to get it! The job won't come to you, so start searching. It's not just for buying food, having a job is important for future planning/social aspect and more. So do your best to get one, if you have the spirit to give everything in the gym, your cut from quality wood, so make it show!

Anyway, your eating good stuff, fish has alot of protein, did you ever counted te amount of macro's you get each day?

Ruel, If you like what you do and what you do is working for you, stick with it my friend. Whatever you want out of life and lifting, do what is right for you. Listen to advice though and your dreams will come true through joy and and (sadly) sometimes sorrow ( it makes the will a little stonger!). Thanks for posting the pic, you look happy and progressing well and that is the main thing. Keep reading, keep training.
