you look absolutely fantastic. THE BIG RED MACHINE usually dont give out compliments but you look real awesome

Thanks very much man. It's comments like this that help motivate me to want to train harder - it's a real boost to me and I appreciate all the kind words you people say.
It's hard to see the good in yourself when all you see are the weaknesses so it helps to have these kind words to help me realise I'm doing something right.

Mikey - thanks very mcunh man. I hadn't really thought of competing until a couple of people on here suggested it (and then pestered me about it - Pickle!!!), but even then I'm still sceptical of how well I'd do - my legs are a particular weakpoint and my chest is flat, and I have small forearms and calves. So I'm not too sure really. I am a Brit - living in Norfolk! :)
Is that you in the attached image in your post? If so you look damn good man! Damn good.

Yeah that's me in the centre of the picture. I competed with the BNBF alongside Arnie Two a few weeks back (Davie won the Masters). I placed 3rd in the Novice. I Lost 3 stone getting in shape for the competition but was really pleased with how I looked at a light bodyweight.

You certainly seem to have a good enough physique to have a crack at a Novice comp. It certainly has spurred my training on some as once you're down to the bare bones you really know where your weak points are!

My 3rd place qualifies me for the British final on October 1st so I need to keep an eye on my weight as I can't have it creeping up too much. I've put on 10lb since the show but can still see my abs and still vascular.

I trained with Arnie two yesterday and he's still looking big and lean...the photos of him don't do him justice!
