Yeah, think that is the 1st back shot I've put up in here. Shame I couldn't do any proper flexed poses and the lighting isn't better. Would like to get a good shot of my Xmas tree. Thanks for the comment though!

your chest does look bigger but that may be from the lighting. your delts are bigger though for sure.

Imraan - I don't actually train at home anymore. Been at a gym (a rubbish one admittedly) for about 5 months now.

Alex24 - I actually do no specific cardio at all. My metabolism is through the roof! which leads me to:

Ben - you're right. Been "bulking" for about 5 months now! :) Clearly 7 meals a day isn't enough. :)
